The Hugh Pepper Golf Classic
Join us for the annual Hugh Pepper Golf Classic on August 10, 2024 at the beautiful Preserve Golf Club. This highly anticipated event is the largest fundraiser of the year for the Ocean Springs Athletic Foundation and has successfully raised over $400,000 in support of grants and coaching incentives at Ocean Springs High School and Middle School.
About the Tournament
Named in honor of legendary Ocean Springs Greyhound head football coach Hugh Pepper, the tournament celebrates a remarkable figure who won 191 games and 12 Gulf Coast Conference championships during his career. Coach Pepper’s legacy extends beyond high school football, as he was also an All-America football player at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he is a member of the Hall of Fame and Legends Club.
